When I’ve been feeling lazy, running late for work or wanting to go for the au naturel look, I’ve been reaching for the So Susan Powder Primer as opposed to my foundation ever since I discovered it inside the October Lip Love Bag and whilst I wasn’t expecting to love this, it has very quickly become a staple inside my makeup bag.
This powder primer is a new addition to the So Susan range and has been developed in a first-of-its-kind powder format, free from silicon and with SPF-15. Formulated specifically to reduce the layers of bases & creams you apply on a daily basis which may clog pores and increase skin sensitivity in the long run.
I didn’t expect to love this product but it has truly amazed me and is such a time saver in the mornings! The lid allows me to control how much powder I need, so I never have to deal with any clumsy situations and in terms of application the finely milled powder and its silky texture applies like a dream and magically blurs all imperfections whilst matifying the skin too giving you the perfect base for the remainder of your make up. I love the feather light feel and in all honesty I’ve been wearing this on its own without applying a foundation on top, it’s that good!
This is a great rival against my foundation! It lasts all day, is oil free, and doesn’t suffocate the skin leaving me with a very polished and healthy looking face.
