A new month means a brand new chance for Look Incredible to wow us again with their AH-mazing curations and I’m pleased to report that the *May edition does not disappoint and is quite possibly my favourite to date – there’s so much to love and they’ve really covered all basis when it comes to make up! Featuring an amazing array of products from brands we all love and know plus a new brand discovery too I think this edition definitely tops last months. With no skincare samples and the fact that I’m drowning in the stuff I’m delighted and kind of relieved to see a make-up only line up and I think it will definitely be a crowd pleaser. There’s 5 full sized items this month so again it’s another value for money edition which totals an incredible £121.50.

The first item from this months line up is the NARS Make Up Primer (Full Size 50ml RRP £25.00) and I think you’ll agree it’s such a lovely addition and something that almost everyone will be able to make use out of. Combining soothing and hydrating ingredients with a full spectrum of sun protection, the formula promises to create a perfect canvas for natural-looking and long-lasting foundation application. The translucent, lightweight formula of this NARS Primer is designed to be applied before makeup or worn alone to prepare, nourish and hydrate the skin, while helping to ease redness, reduce inflammation and improve the skin’s overall teture and quality.

When it comes to make up products I use on a daily basis, mascara is always near the top of the list so I was delighted to be reacquainted with the Tarte Light Camera Lashes Mascara (Full size RRP £21.50) something that I’ve been meaning to purchase after trying it out in a previous Glossybox! The 4-in-1 formula lengthens, curls, volumises, and conditions your lashes, leaving them looking perfectly groomed. The wand is nothing innovative, but it works incredibly well at getting in between your lashes to maximise separation and boosting the drama.

Pairing up with the mascara is the NARS Eyeshadow Underworld Palette (Full Size £25.00), a duo containing a greyish taupe with shimmer and a dusty blue with shimmer. The colour doesn’t look that appealing in the pan, but it’s a beautiful combination when swatched and really complements one another. The eyeshadow is very smooth, buttery with excellent pigmentation.

Moving onto the lips there’s a Chantecaille Lip Sheer in the shade Quasar (Full Size RRP £24.50). This light, luminous lipstick offers intense hydration and lip protection that combines high shine and plumping effects of a gloss along with coverage of a lipstick. Containing only natural wax , it’s also enriched with vitamins A & C, amino acid emollients and protects lips from damage of sun rays with SPF6. I love the formula and it’s a great choice when your lips need a moisture pick me up.

Last but not least is the Guerlain Face Powder Brush (RRP £25.50), a dainty pink bristled brush for powder application and it’s miniature size is perfect for when space is limited.

My Verdict

Look Incredible have definitely raised the bar this month and have come up with such a brilliant line up showcasing well-known brands as well as a new discovery too and covers a good area of make up from achieving the perfect canvas to all those finishing touches too! With five full sized items it’s a true treat and as for the value it’s definitely worth the £35.00 price tag this month. It’s definitely my favourite curation so far and I hope they use this one as an example for their future editions, only because I favour make up over skincare!
