After a very successful curation last month that was ever so popular with subscribers Look Incredible have pulled it out of the bag again with their *June edition. With the contents arriving in a box double its usual size I couldn’t wait to delve in to see what surprises were in store this month and it’s another show stopping edition that showcases popular brands from the beauty industry and most of all I love that it’s an all make-up line up giving a much welcomed break from all the lotions and potions! There’s 5 full sized items something you can always expect to see and it’s another value for money edition which totals an incredible £112.00

The first item from this months line up is the NARS Audacious Mascara in Black Moon (Full Size RRP £21.00) and it’s definitely one of my firm favourites inside this months box. Promising to separate, lengthen, and amplify every single lash from roots to tips with a lash-catching brush that contains over 200 molded rubber bristles this mascara certainly delivers on all fronts! It provides length, definition, and volume and performs well throughout the day. Another benefit is that it does not irritate my eyes being a contact lense wearer so that’s definitely a plus for me.

Tarte is definitely one of those brands that gets me excited every time, so I was especially excited to see their Multipeye Primer (Full Size RRP £20.00) and it makes the perfect pairing with the legendary Lights, Camera, Lashes! mascara which they featured last month. The multiplEYE primer claims to give you immediate results by increasing the appearance of lash volume by 739%. It contains conditioning nutrients to stimulate lashes from root to tip and the formula consists of tiny fibres to give you length and volume. As the name suggest, this product is meant to be used under mascara to see more dramatic lashes.

Moving onto the lips you can also expect to see the BareMinerals Marvellous Moxie Lipgloss in Hypnotist (Full size RRP £16.00), an intriguing and very unusual gloss that gives a sheer wash of colour without being overly sticky. It can be applied on it’s own but works so much better as a top coat.

Last but certainly not least is the beautiful BareMinerals 3 Piece Champagne Crystal Collection (RRP £55.00) which comes in it’s very own sparkly gold vanity case and is such a generous addition. The Face and Body Minerals powder is absolutely gorgeous and it’s soft reflective particles revives the skin giving it a healthy, luminous glow and can be used to accentuate the cheekbones, shoulders, décolletage and legs. It also comes with it’s very own kabuki brush for application.

My Verdict

Look Incredible have definitely marketed themselves as a company who know how to wow their subscribers with excellent value for money curations that feature a host of true treats, all of which come at a guilt-free price of £35.00 so it really is a fantastic haul and features the likes of Nars and Tarte both of which are renowned in the beauty industry. While I love what they’ve picked this month, a couple of brands are popping up quite frequently which isn’t really an issue when you like and enjoy the products but to mix things up a little I’d love to see a better rotation. Apart from the Marvellous Moxie I pretty much loved everything inside their June edition especially the primer and mascara as I tend to focus more on my eyes when it comes to make up application. With five full sized items and curations that rarely disappoint it’s definitely worth the £35.00 price tag especially if you gravitate more towards make-up – another successful box I’d say!
