If you’re looking for a true beauty fix on a monthly basis alongside value for money curations then Look Incredible are a great resource for trying out a variety of discoveries from both established and lesser known brands and their June edition is pretty well rounded covering body care, make up and nails. Featuring some really useful additions for the months of summer (providing we ever see the sunshine!), everything’s full sized again so it’s another great haul that’s really worth the £18.99 price tag.

1. The Body Shop Moroccan Rhassoul Body Clay – Full Size RRP £16.00
Bringing the spa experience straight to your own home, the Moroccan Rhassoul Body Clay from the Body Shop’s Spa of the World Collection is infused with exotic and treasured ingredients sourced from all over the world containing mineral-rich clay which has long been used by Moroccan women to firm skin and as It tightens it dries to give an instant firming effect.
2. No 7 Exceptional Definition Mascara – Full Size RRP £11.50
If there is one bit of make-up I feel naked without, it’s mascara. While I love to go bare faced, particularly on a Sunday, I rarely go without a quick coat of mascara. I’ve seen quite a lot of hype around the Exceptional Definition Mascara by No 7 so I’m delighted to see this on board.
The formula is enriched to care while you wear and contain Cashmere keratin, Vitamins and Hydrolyzed soy protein but the magic lies within the unique innovative three-in-one brush. The left side of the brush loads lashes for great volume, the right side combs lashes to ensure clump-free, clean definition. The top has been designed to target even hard to reach lashes, giving you three ways to achieve exceptionally defined lashes.
It does an excellent job grabbing every single lash even the tiniest ones and gave my lashes a great amount of volume in addition to some lengthening. It’s perfect for layering with other mascaras, e.g. a lengthening one, to get the best of both worlds, however it does clump if you over do it with the layering!
3. Stila All Over Shimmer Liquid Luminizer – Full Size RRP £16.00
This skin-enhancing liquid shimmer by Stila does an excellent job of adding a subtle touch of shimmer for a radiant glow. Ideal for all skin types, each formula contains a skin-protecting antioxidant and grape seed oil to condition and nourish the skin. The soft-focus pigments promise help diminish the appearance of fine lines and skin imperfections while adding uplifting highlights and you can use it alone or add a drop into your moisturiser or foundation.
I wasn’t expecting to love this as much as I do! The champagne shade is stunning when blended out and effortlessly adds a soft glow which looks very natural, the perfect quick fix if you’re skin needs a little waking up!
4. Velvet 59 Matte to the Max Liquid Lipstick in Pink Cadillac – Full Size RRP £17.00
I didn’t get on too well with the last product from Velvet 59 that Look Incredible featured in a previous box and unfortunately I’m equally not impressed with this either! Brimming with pigment, the matte formula is a beautiful pop of baby pink and while I really wanted to love this it just looks so chalky.
5. Ciate Manicure Set – Full Size RRP £16.00
When I do happen to find some free time I love to dabble in some nail art and while I’m no expert this kit by Ciate has everything you need to experiment with a host of colourful foils.
Inspired by London’s urban street artists, Ciaté’s Very Colourfoil manicure creates edgy, cool graffittied look with this easy to apply long-wearing manicure. The set comes complete with a Ciaté pro formula paint pot, Foil Fix glue and metallic ‘Colourfoil’ sheets in six shades
My Verdict
With summer upon us, this months Look Incredible box brought a nice assortment of seasonally appropriate beauty treats to try from brands we all love and known as well as a cult brand from the US. Other than the shade of the lipstick which was a little hit and miss for me I’m delighted with the remainder and I’m particularly excited to try out the body clay and the Ciate Set. If you favour make up over skincare then the Look Incredible box is the perfect destination plus it’s a great way to add to your current stash without breaking the bank. All in all they’ve come up with another impressive value for money haul that totals over £80.00 and with everything being full sized it’s the perfect guilt-free treat.
