The Look Fantastic Beauty Box turns 5 in September (Happy Birthday!) and to mark the occasion you can expect to see a celebratory box design with a white and gold appearance – it’s simple yet very elegant! As with all celebratory beauty boxes whether it be birthdays or christmas my expectations are usually high and I can confirm that this edition did not disappoint – well I was rather pleased with the contents bar one item but considering I rant about this box often I’ve seen an improvement in the the last few boxes.
Contents wise their September box is packed full with 6 products and there’s a good range of beauty from skin and body care right through to make-up from some really great brands. As always you can also expect to see the latest edition of Elle Magazine and the Look Fantastic mini magazine which contains more information on the products featured, some hints and tips and the latest beauty trends.
I’m most looking forward to using the Molton Brown Shower Gel as it’s a brand that I’m already so fond of, the Pixi Liplift Max and I love experimenting with brow products so I can’t wait to try this one by Sleek – the shade looks promising for once so hopefully this is a good near match for me. The only item which didn’t excite me is the bath bomb as it makes an appearance every year so it would have been nice to receive something different this year. Overall though, their birthday edition turned out to be quite successful for me so here’s to hoping October follows suits!
