The March GlossyBox has finally arrived. The theme this month is “Beauty Blossom”. This must be in the aid of Spring showing an appearance!

“GlossyBox” is a  monthly beauty subscription service. The box consists of  4-5 selected hair, make-up and beauty products from well-known brands and new brands.

This month’s box included 4 full sized products and 1 good sized sample product. The box consisted of  Beauty, Hair and Makeup Products this month. A good mixture.

1.     Mitchell and Peach Body Cream – Sample Size 40ml – worth £8.00. Full Size 180ml RRP £36.00

I have never heard of this brand. This is a body cream and contains ingredients such as English honey, organic cocoa, vitamin B5 and shea butter . I wasn’t too keen on the smell and this didn’t really stand out for me. Just another body cream which may come in useful when traveling.

2.     Sleek Make-up Pout Polish – Full Size 10g  RRP £4.49

I was pleased to see this well-known brand in my GlossyBox this month. This is a tinted balm with SPF. This product has great reviews which is always positive. Lipsticks/lip glosses are very hit and miss sometimes in relation to the colours you can receive in these boxes however I was happy that I received a colour which was suited to my preferences . The colour I received was “Bare Minimum” which is quite a subtle tone and something which I will be using this Spring and Summer.

3.     Helenere Maitrise du Temp – Full Size 10ml RRP £38.50

I was so relieved to see this product in my box as I am aware that some subscribers received two Juicy Couture perfume samples instead of this item.

“Helenere Laboratories was founded in 1987 by Helen Rosato-Rossi, a passionate beauty entrepreneur and a pioneer in the field of cellular cosmetics”.  The products are developed and researched in Switzerland.  Upon looking at their website and examining their packaging this appears to be a luxurious brand and innovative in skincare solutions.

This serum moisturises deeply while preventing skin aging and adds skin elasticity to give a brighter complexion. What catches my eye is the fact that you add a few drops of this serum into your facial moisturiser.

I have not had an opportunity to use this product yet however this would be a great pick me up when your skin needs an extra helping hand on those bad days when your skin is dull!

4.     Bellapierre Shimmer Powder in Champagne – Full Size 2.35g RRP £12.99

Another popular and well-known brand! Upon discovering this in my box I wasn’t too excited by this product as I am not a fan of eye shadows however the colour I received was Champagne which wasn’t too dramatic. To my amazement this product is actually multi -purpose and can be mixed into blusher, lip gloss and nail varnish! I am not so unhappy now! I used a little of this in my blusher and this converted my blusher from matt to quite shimmery but definitely in a nice way! This would be great for nights out for that extra glam!

5.  Dove Intensive Repair  60 Second Treatment Shot – Full Size 15ml RRP £1.49

This is a well known high street brand and I have never tried any of their products apart from their handwash! This 60 second treatment shot gives you a keratin boost. I like the fact that this only needs to stay on your ends for 60 seconds. Unfortunately I have not had a chance to try this yet to see how effective this is. This would be ideal to use when your hair needs a quick pick-me-up especially in my case where I am always using hairdryers and straighteners. A great travel-size product when you’re hair needs some love and attention.

My Verdict

I am quite satisfied with my GlossyBox this month. Great brands and a good selection of products.

This month’s box mostly contained full sized products apart from 1 product which was a sample size. The box contained products from well- known brands . The products included a range of  make-up, hair and body products this month.

The contents within this month’s box is worth an amazing £65.47
however it is the Helenere Serum which has bumped this up. I don’t think I would of been too impressed if the perfume samples got sent to me instead.

GlossyBox can be hit and miss sometimes and may not cater for everyone’s likes and needs each month however this is the risk when you cannot choose your own products. However I do love coming home to my GlossyBox for the surprise aspect!
