It’s a new month and excitedly Latest in Beauty have surprised us yet again with a brand new launch in collaboration with Get the Gloss. *The Cult Collection edition features a new crop of iconic beauty greats which are fast achieving cult status of their own and rightly so as I’ve already got a few firm favourites. The all-star line-up features seven tip to toe heroes from skincare saviors, nourishing body treats as well as make up and a nail varnish. If you love discovering the latest and greatest or simply curious about the brands and products featured than this edition is definitely great for that.

1. St Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower Lotion – Full Size 50ml

I can see why this has quickly become a favourite for many although you’ll need some patience to truly appreciate the St Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower Lotion.

Just 3 minutes as part of your daily shower regime, the St.Tropez Gradual Tan In Shower Lotion is a convenient way to build a sunkissed, gradual glow, that provides up to 24 hour moisturisation. With a streak-free and easy to apply formula, it’s ideal for first time tanners, pre and post holiday top-ups, or for those looking for a low maintenance all year round glow. It’s a great foolproof alternative and doesn’t give you the overdone look making it perfect for the winter.

2. Prismologie Pink O’Clock Hand & Cuticle Cream and Indigo Interlude Foot Cream – Sample Size 10ml each

If you’re looking to get your hands on some luxurious creams this winter, Prismologie have got you covered!

Prismologie is a colourful and  indulgent body care range who use the powers of colour known to influence our wellbeing in both a physiological and emotional way. Each of the products have their own colour range and comprise of a bespoke blend of gemstone crystals and aromatic ingredients.

To get a good feel of the brand there’s two sample sized products from their collection. The Prismologie’s Pink O’clock hand and cuticle cream is made of Rose Quartz micro-crystals and really softens and moisturises the skin. This smells absolutely gorgeous with a rose fragrance which instantly lifts the mood.

The Indigo Interlude Foot Cream is a true treat with a very perfumed scent which is mysterious and sensual, the presence of the oud really takes me back to Dubai. Just like the hand cream this is moisturising and is a lovely pampering treat.

3. Nude Skincare ProGenius Rescue Oil – Sample Size 5ml

The Nude ProGenius Omega Treatment Oil contains omegas 3,6,7 and 9 and promises to transform your skin and reduce the signs of ageing, with quick results. It’s completely vegan and free of parabens, sulphates and phthalates. As well as being packed with omega, it also contains 10 carefully selected plant oils that hydrate and smooth your skin.

Whilst this is a sample it’s quite good sized as I find with oils you only need a couple of drops so I can see this lasting for at least a couple of weeks if not more. It also comes with a pump dispenser – not something I see very often in samples but very welcomed! The oil itself looks and feel like a typical oil and left my skin feeling soft, moisturised and revived without clogging my pores or causing any breakouts.

4. Eyeko Fat Liquid Eyeliner – Full Size

New to the Eyeko collection is their Fat Liquid Eyeliner and being a fan of pen type liquid liners over the traditional wands i welcomed this addition inside the box.

The nib of this eyeliner is built like a chunky felt tip and gives a reasonable thick and thin line. The pigmentation of the eyeliner is very black and striking, something which I really love about this liner.

5. Ciate London Paint Pot – Full Size

Ciate Paint Pot’s are undoubtedly one of the most aesthetically pleasing nail varnishes that I have come across, they’re so girly and pretty and the formula is just as loveable.

Mistress is a classic red shade which leans more towards the brighter end of the spectrum but is very wearable for the winter months.
6. Dr Lipp Miracle Balm – Full Size 15ml

You must of heard of Dr Lipp’s Nipple Balm it’s a great multi-purpose hero packed with lanolin and it appears to have had a make over and is now presented within a pretty pink tube and renamed a Miracle Balm.

This formula was originally developed as a nipple balm for breastfeeding women due to its ultra hydrating & hypoallergenic multipurpose properties, is an extremely versatile healing and nourishing balm thanks to it’s one key ingredient which is Lanolin. The formula is 100% natural, hyper allergenic, odourless and contains no parabens.

I already use this lip balm and it’s great for chapped or sore lips and the perfect addition as we appraoch the colder months. The balm also has multi purpose uses and isn’t just restricted for the lips. It soothes dry and sensitive skin and can be used for dry cuticles, dry skin patches, burns and abrasions, sore nipples, split ends and eczema.

7. Bee Good Youth Enhancing Lift and Brighten Eye Cream – Sample Size 5ml

It was only last month that Bee Good launched their Youth Enhancing range launch so it was great to see their Enhancing Lift and Brighten cream inside the box. This powerful multi-action eye treatment contains precious British beehive by-products and highly concentrated botanical extracts including antioxidant-rich British propolis, nourishing British echium oil and protective natural source vitamin E  which claims to lift, tighten, reduces dark circles and visibly improve the signs of ageing.

My Verdict

When it comes to beauty, everyone has their trusted favourites, you know, those tried-and-true products which we’re all very loyal to, however this box introduces you to plenty of new and exciting discoveries as well as a few classics too striking the perfect balance with a diverse range of products on board.

All in all, I think this box includes a good mix of both travel sized and full sized seasonal key essentials and for me everything was spot on in terms of my own personal tastes and needs which is quite novel!

As always, the Latest in Beauty curations in comparison to other beauty boxes are a much smarter alternative to discover a wide array of brands and products and this one has quite easily become one of my favourite Get the Gloss editions.

Individually, the products would cost over £60.00, but you can get your hands on the whole lot for just £15.95 making it super-affordable and exceptional value for money.
