Regardless of the unpredictable state of the weather, I am insisting on channeling all things Spring and this month’s “I Love Being Happy” Lip Love Bag features some great seasonal picks with a beautiful designed bag (it’s so cute!) and inside you can expect to see a varied line up of make up treats with the first ever debut of a make up brush something I’ve been hoping So Susan would add to their curations so I’m delighted to see this. Featuring some new discoveries from So Susan, Jelly Pong Pong and Trifle Cosmetics, there’s a good mixture of products that are ideal for those days when you want to achieve the barely there look.
The So Susan collection ranges from make-up to nail varnish combining their lovely portfolio of colours with science. Their philosophy is to create colours which last, are cruelty free and also much kinder to your skin. As well as the philosophy behind the brand, I love the feminine and pretty designed packaging which always stands out for me. I’ve tried quite a few products from their collection and already have a few firm favourites.

1. Trifle Cosmetics Creamsicle in “Gelato” – Full Size RRP £14.95
This creamy tinted balm promises to melt onto your lips and cheeks for rich hydration and for that pop of dewy, smooth colour. The tube is such a cutie and the candy floss pink shade transforms into a soft hue and feels incredible on the lips with a non-sticky formula. This is definitely my kind of product for those lazy Sundays when you can’t be bothered to put on a full face of make up!
2. So Susan Cashmere Blush – Full Size RRP £12.95
A powder blush that feels like cream upon skin contact, our lab-enhanced formulation is made with a unique spherical powder base that minimizes the appearance of large pores and absorbs excess oil. The added silicones give a luminescent, high-definition finish for a gorgeous, radiant glow. The shade Rose Chiffon is subtle enough for everyday use and really does feel great on the skin.

Dreams do come true either that or I’m a mind reader as it was only last month that I mentioned So Susan should include a make up tool so I was of course delighted to see their very own branded Angled Eyeshadow Brush. This versatile brush feels so lovely to the touch and is made from synthetic nylon & taklon hairs only.
4. Jelly Pong Pong Light pulse – Full Size RRP £16.00
No surprise but there’s another highlighter on board again this month and whilst they’re popular with some I’m struggling to make use out of them all but this one is ever so pretty and subtle and will work for even the fairest of complexions without making you look like a disco ball!
This brightening gel formulation encapsulated in an elegant, foolproof stick format enables you to illuminate and create “light” on your face so you look healthy, radiant and glowing. My Verdict
So Susan have yet again curated another seasonal appropriate bag this month incorporating a beautiful collection of spring inspired products perfect for those lazy days when applying a full face of make up is just too much effort or when you want to rock out the barely there look so it’s a very welcomed line up that I’ll definitely be making use out of. Covering a good area of make up plus a eye shadow brush to mix things up a little I really love the easy-to-wear shades they’ve featured this month and without a doubt they’ll suit all skin tones. As always the bag features all full sized products so it’s incredible value for money and great for those who want to discover more skin friendly and cruelty-free alternatives, all which are enclosed inside a very pretty designed canvas bag
