The March “You Beauty Discovery” Box has finally arrived. The theme this month is “Best of British”. I welcomed this theme as I don’t see a lot of British Brands in these subscription boxes.

“You Beauty Discovery” is a  monthly beauty subscription service. The box consists of  4-5 selected hair, make-up and beauty products from well-known brands and new brands. Unlike the other subscription boxes you get to choose two products of your choice from a good selection menu.

This month’s box included 2 full sized products and 3 good sized sample product. The box consisted of  Beauty, Hair and Tea samples this month.

1.     Paul Mitchell  Dry Wash Spray- Full Size 50ml RRP £9.95

I chose this well known brand and product as I’ve tried a few dry shampoo’s over the past few weeks and wanted to see how this measured against the typical high street brand.

This dry wash has oil and odour absorbing properties leaving hair feeling clean and full of volume.

I have dark hair and most of the dry shampoo’s I have tried leave a white powder residue on the hair. This worked wonders and my hair felt fresh, smelt great and left no white powder in my hair. I love the size of this spray as its small enough to fit in your bag if you need a quick refresh fix! This spray is ideal for all hair types and colour.

2.     BeautyLab Glyco Face Wash – Sample Size 50ml. Full Size 200ml RRP £32.00

I was excited to see this product in the selection menu as I love to try skincare products which are suitable for my skin type.

BeautyLab is a British brand which offers a range of skincare and beauty products. This facial wash contains 5% glycolic foaming gel which removes impurities, unclogs pores and accelerates cell renewal resulting in fresh, radiant and youthful looking skin. Its oil free also which is great for oily/combination skin types.

I am yet to try this but am looking forward to trying this genius facial wash which seems to tick all of the right boxes!

3.     The Vintage Cosmetic Company Toe Separators – Full Size RRP £3.75

This is the third product I have received this year from this company and thankfully I received the something different as I already have the lashes and the tweezers! I love this quirky company and their products. No doubt these will be used at some point.

4.     Dragonfly Tea Moonlight Jasmine and Moroccan Mint Tea Bags- Two Samples

I wasn’t too pleased by these pretty tea bags only because I don’t drink tea! However I am sure someone in my circle of friends will enjoy these.

My Verdict

I am happy with my You Beauty Discovery Box this month. Great brands and a good selection of products.

This month’s box mostly contained a mixture of full sized and sample products. The box contained products from well- known brands . The products included a range of  Beauty, hair and Tea products this month.

The contents within this month’s box is worth around £20+

“You Beauty Discovery” impresses me every month. Their wide selection of products in their menu has something for everyone’s needs and likes. This box is a complete steal for £6.95 and worth every penny.

Next month’s You Beauty Discovery’s theme is Organic and Natural.
