The June Love Lula Beauty Box has landed and this month see’s a very practical line up with lots of new discoveries on board alongside a much anticipated addition of a make up item too!  The box features another impressive line up that showcases a good area of beauty with three full sized products and three generous sized samples, the perfect green companions if you’re traveling this summer. Unfortunately this will be my last month subscribing to Love Lula but I hope to sign up again in the near future.

Love Lula brings together an unparalleled selection of the world’s finest natural and organic beauty products. Their brands are hand-picked and tested: products are created using only the highest grades of ethically sourced natural and organic ingredients and must be effective, luxurious and guilt-free. They insist on NO parabens, NO SLS’s and NO animal testing. Beyond this they seek out the most innovative companies and strive to support morally run and environmentally driven businesses. Love Lula also have a online shop which has a huge selection of the world’s finest natural and organic beauty products.

The June edition features the brands JOIK, Balm Balm, Saach and NATorigin.

1.    JOIK Lip Balm  – Full Size 7g. RRP £5.50

I’ve really enjoyed what I’ve tried so far from JOIK, a luxurious brand that hails from Estonia with an ethos to use nature to their best advantage whilst caring for it too. Their products contain all the goodness from natural sources combined with luxurious emotions of scent and colour.

The orange colour and the fresh, juicy orange scent of the balm is really refreshing and I love how this feels my the lips. The texture is rich and balmy and feels quite lightweight. It gives an instant boost of hydration and softness to the lips and the fresh, fruity scent makes it such a treat to use in the summer.

2.    Balm Balm Fragrance Free Face Balm –  Full Size 30ml. RRP £6.99

The Balm Balm Face Balm isn’t only fragrance free but it’s multi-purpose formula can also be used  for dry skin as a lip balm, nappy balm, cracked hard skin & even taming the eyebrows.

A must for partied out sensitive skin, Balm Balm Face Balm is an organic, Soil Association approved salve that melts on contact with skin, leaving it supple and smooth. A wonderfully emollient, natural, organic balm that’s so gentle it can be used from babies to grown ups alike. This multi purpose balm comes in a handy size, perfect for keeping your skin in tip-top condition during the summer.

3.   Saach Organics Strenthening Shampoo  – Travel Size 50ml

Saach Organics is a new brand discovery for me and this month sees two good sized samples from their collection.

Their ingredients are are grown and harvested according to Ayurveda traditions that rejuvenates beauty from the inside out with a refreshing blend of earthy herbs and oils that give a long lasting aroma.

The Saach Organics Hair Strengthening Shampoo contains Basil and Hibiscus that effectively cleans and nourishes the hair from the root to the tip as well as the Peppermint Oil which helps blood circulation and revitalized the hair whilst the Almond Oil and Coconut Milk work towards strengthening the hair strand by strand, thus reducing hair loss. This deep conditioning formula restores dry, damaged hair and makes it soft and silky. I’m forever using heat styling tools on my hair so I’m looking forward to giving my hair this well-deserved treat!

4.   Saach Organics Shower Gel – Travel Size 50ml

Another addition from the Saach Organics Collection is their Mint and Rosemary Shower Gel which contains a blend of Spearmint Oil and Rosemary Oil to stimulate blood flow to the skin whilst soothing muscles aches and pains, leaving the body and skin feeling refreshed and revitalized.

I’ve been reaching out for minty shower gels lately especially in the mornings, it really does wonders waking me up and this one in particular smells rather potent compared to what I currently use.

5.   NATorigin Hand and Nail Cream – Sample Size 4ml

Natorigin is another brand I’ve not heard of before so it was great to be introduced to a couple of their products this month.

Their hand cream is a natural solution for sore, dry or chapped hands which is ideal for; working hands, dry, sensitive skin and dermatitis sufferers. The cream also benefits from being Hypo-allergenic hand with a 98% natural formulation which is nourishing, protective, moisturising and rich in extracts of red algae with its high concentration of active silicium.

6.   NATorigin Eyeliner Pencil – Full Size RRP £7.25

This month see’s the much anticipated addition of a make up item in the form of an Eyeliner Pencil in the shade black from NATorigins.  When it comes to makeup products black eyeliner is a daily makeup staple for me so was quite pleased to see this tucked inside the box.

This Hypo-allergenic pencil eyeliner is rich in beeswax, oily extract of organic arctic raspberry seeds and organic shea butter alongside natural soothing, healing and anti-inflammatory properties.

The pencil itself it quite creamy and pigmented with a great depth of black. Being a contact lense wearer I find that that the greener alternatives are so much more nicer to my eyes.

This month sees another great edition by Love Lula, I’m really chuffed with the line up which showcases a good balance of beauty with everything being very usable, I don’t think there’s anything that I won’t make use out of. As always there’s a generous mix of both full sized products and samples, all of which are new discoveries for me. If you read my posts regularly you’ll know that one of the downsides for me was the lack of make up so was really pleased to see an eyeliner showcased this month. One of the aspects I really like about Love Lula is that they always include a good variety of products from both well-known and emerging brands so they’ll always be something new to try, and as their concept is focused, you won’t find the majority of these products within any of the other beauty boxes.

Love Lula also included a 20% off promotional code to use in their online shop on all of the brands which were featured in this month’s box which is great if there’s something in the box you really love.

If you love organic, natural and cruelty-free products or want to detoxify your beauty regime with a more skin friendly alternative I highly recommend this box. I have discovered some wonderful natural skin loving treats thanks to Love Lula.

Unfortunately this is my last box from Love Lula but I hope subscribe again in the near future.
